Foster Parent Recruiter

Twin Pines Family Services, LLC in Hopwood, PA is seeking candidates for a Foster Parent Recruiter.

The successful candidate will serve as the face of our company and must possess excellent writing skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be comfortable interacting with the public. As a liaison between our agency and community organizations, you will require excellent interpersonal skills. 

A degree in a human service-related field is preferred, although other education and experience will be considered. 

This position offers a semi-flexible schedule, requiring occasional evening and weekend work for events and appointments, but most hours will be completed during the workday, Monday-Friday (9-4). 

This position requires:

*Minimum of high school diploma

*Current Childline, PA State Police and FBI fingerprint clearances

*Medical appraisal

*Valid PA Driver’s license with a clean driving record

*Reliable vehicle with valid insurance

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Excellent organizational skills

*Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

*Work-related travel throughout PA
