Accounting/Tax Internship

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Tax intern will be responsible for supporting other team members in their daily/monthly/quarterly activities. This will include but not limited to preparing workpapers, preparing journal entries, analyzing accounts and administrative duties. Hours full time in the summer and 20/hours per week during the semester.

Required Competencies:

Candidates will have completed coursework in accounting and should have proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products. He/she should have strong desire to gain experience in the field of tax and accounting. Effective verbal and written communications skills and management/organizational ability are required.
