We're offering a unique opportunity to explore the future of real estate by working with cutting-edge partners—from developers to proptech firms to ESG strategists—who are reshaping the built environment.

About the Opportunity
This Summer/Fall 2025 internship offers students a hands-on experience at the intersection of real estate, innovation, and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to:

Collaborate on real-world projects with corporate partners in real estate and urban development

Investigate how technology, ESG, and design are transforming how we build and operate cities

Contribute to white papers, case studies, or partner pilots that push the real estate field forward

You’ll also get exposure to various cutting edge platforms—used by global investors and developers —and other emerging tools being tested in real-world settings.

What You’ll Do

Conduct research on trends in urban development, mobility, and ESG

Work with partner companies to explore new real estate solutions

Engage with industry leaders through interviews, workshops, and events

Help develop communications, presentations, or assessments used by actual clients

Who Should Apply
We welcome undergraduate and graduate students with backgrounds in:

Real estate

Urban planning

Environmental studies or sustainability

Business, finance, or policy

Architecture or design

Data science or technology

Ideal candidates are:

Curious about cities, housing, infrastructure, or sustainability

Excited to bridge academic knowledge with practical, real-world innovation

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

Great communicators—written and verbal

Duration: Flexible (Summer or Fall 2025)

Format: Remote

Commitment: Part-time 

Compensation: Unpaid or stipend-based (depending on placement)
