Description:

MLDR is seeking motivated, tech-savvy Broadcast & Production Interns to join our live drone racing crew. If you’re passionate about media production, sports broadcasting, or live events—and want to learn from a pro-level team—this internship is for you.

Perfect for students or recent grads, this role gives you real-world exposure to fast-paced tech setups, camera systems, live streaming, and behind-the-scenes media production.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and organizing cameras, switchers, monitors, and cables

• Support signal routing and gear prep alongside the Broadcast Engineer

• Monitor FPV feeds, check cables, and assist during the live show

• Learn the basics of switching, streaming, and media capture

• Help with teardown and packing gear after the event

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of video/audio equipment or strong willingness to learn

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take direction

• Able to lift equipment, stand for long periods, and work in live production environments

• Strong interest in broadcasting, esports, drone racing, or media production
