Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on social media management, influencer outreach, and assisting with trade show execution.

As our marketing intern, you’ll be on the front lines of bringing our brand voice to life and driving consumer engagement. You’ll help to ideate and execute our brand strategy across key social media channels- especially hands on with short form video creation for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

You are self-motivated, organized, flexible and can be thrown into a multitude of situations and events where you feel comfortable representing the brand and capturing the moments we bring to life. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media: Assist in managing and updating company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by scheduling posts, creating content, and engaging with followers.
  • Influencer Marketing: Support the influencer marketing program by identifying potential influencers, assisting with outreach, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Marketing Materials: Organize and maintain marketing collateral, including restocking point-of-sale (POS) items and ensuring sales and trade show materials are fully stocked and ready for use.
  • Trade Show Support: Help with the preparation and execution of trade shows by organizing, printing, packing, and shipping trade show materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and trade show activities.

Qualifications: 

  • You are passionate about content creation, love to create bold and engaging short form videos and are comfortable both behind and in-front of the camera
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in managing materials for trade shows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or event coordination is a plus but not required.

Location & Compensation:

  • Location: Oceanside, CA
  • Compensation: Hourly @ $20
