Sales Representatives can expect any of the following responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers via phone, networking, and/or social media to assist them with Service and Parts needs to meet company targets.
- Grow existing customer base.
- Develop new strategies to grow the book of business.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and superior communication skills in working with customers to set achievable expectations and profitable deals.
- Proactively manage work activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Collaborate with the Service and Parts team to set reasonable expectations on timing and pricing with customers.
- Work with fellow Outside Service and Parts Sales team to execute a sales strategy that fosters goal achievement and scalable success.
- Deliver parts as needed.
- Demonstrate safety at all times and adhere to all company procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications:
- MVR with a clean driving record – Company vehicle provided
- Exceptional follow-up and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semi-trailer or heavy equipment industry experience
- Prior outside sales experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma
