Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring high standards in health and human services? The Illinois Department of Human Services is looking for a dedicated Quality Review Supervisor to lead and support a team assessing service providers for individuals with developmental disabilities. This is your opportunity to directly influence the quality of care across the state.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Supervise professional staff performing on- and off-site quality assessments of service agencies.
• Oversee technical assistance and corrective action for agencies not meeting standards.
• Develop and deliver training and coordinate staff development programs.
• Review and approve agency reports and findings for compliance and best practices.
• Lead efforts that ensure the health, safety, and welfare of individuals receiving services.

📚 What We’re Looking For:
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
• At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a health or human services setting.
• Preferably, experience with developmental disabilities services, supervising teams, and conducting institutional assessments.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a commitment to service quality and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for assessments and site visits.
