HR/Office Intern
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources.
- Organizing files and managing HR databases
- Contribute to Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Assist in HR Report Creation
- Maintain HR calendar and agenda and make updates as needed
- Proofread HR Documents (handbook/marketing)
- Schedule trainings for team
- Additional Duties as assigned
