Are you energetic, positive, and eager to make a real difference in kids’ lives this summer? Camp Winnebago is looking for General Camp Counselors to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our campers.

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves working with children, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive, and dynamic camp community on the beautiful shores of Echo Lake in Maine.

You don’t need a specific skill set—just a passion for helping kids, a willingness to jump in, and an enthusiasm for camp life!

What You’ll Do:

🌟 Mentor & Guide Campers – Support campers as they navigate camp life, build friendships, and experience new activities.
🚶 Accompany Campers Through Their Day – Help campers move between activities, provide encouragement, and ensure they’re engaged and having fun.
🎨🏀🏕️ Join a Variety of Activities – Take part in sports, arts, swimming, outdoor adventures, and evening programs alongside your campers.
💬 Promote Positive Group Dynamics – Help foster friendships, teamwork, and personal growth within your cabin and group.
🌲 Be Part of a Tight-Knit Staff Team – Work closely with fellow counselors and leadership to create a safe, exciting, and memorable summer.

✔️ No specific technical skills required—just a great attitude and love for camp!
