Position Overview: Sales Representative / Deck Technician
This full-time role involves five days a week on the road, meeting with clients to handle estimates and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, providing expert guidance, and managing the sales process with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust and loyalty.
- Offer thoughtful advice to help clients choose the right deck, enclosure, or patio solution.
- Stay informed about our extensive product offerings, including decks, patios, screened porches, and enclosures.
- Write and process contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize Salesforce to consistently track leads and manage the sales process.
- Follow up on customer requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example with a commitment to world-class customer service.

- Proven success in home improvement sales, with a history of exceeding targets.

- Passion for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of outdoor living solutions such as decks, patios, and enclosures is preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required).
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, math, and typing.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and comprehensive benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000, with potential to exceed $165,000 for top performers.

Schedule
- Day shift: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Weekend availability for Home Shows is required.
