Job Description – Data Science

The candidate will support the data science team in bioinformatic workflow development and data QC/analysis.

Desired experience:

• Experience with R and/or Python
• Basic understanding of biology and ability to interpret biological datasets
• Exposure to bioinformatic workflow tools like Nextflow or Docker a plus

Time Commitment: 

We would like interns that can commit to 20-40 hours per week. Part-time and weekend work opportunities are also available. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in progress
• Biology or related majors preferred

Salary: $20/hour
