Sixth-grade Teacher
About Benjamin Franklin Academy: At Benjamin Franklin Academy, we do school differently. Our public charter school blends rigorous academics with hands-on learning, all within a supportive and close-knit environment. With small class sizes (approximately 16 students per class for 2025-2026), a four-day academic week, and Fridays devoted entirely to electives, field trips, and guest speakers, we create opportunities for real-world learning and genuine student engagement.
We’re seeking a Sixth-grade Teacher who wants to inspire students, enjoy true work-life balance, and be part of a strong, supportive team.
Why You'll Love Working at BFA:

- Supportive Staff & Leadership: Work alongside a tight-knit, positive staff and a school board that is consistently supportive of administration, faculty, and staff.

- Conservative and Stable: BFA’s governance and culture are rooted in traditional values, providing stability and clear expectations.
