Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time ambitious and confident Customer Service Representative to join our astounding Customer Service Department. We are a local essential business focused on customer service, sales, and client relations. This strategy has played a critical role in the massive growth we have encountered over the past year to become a leading local business consulting firm. We are forming a team of Customer Service-minded individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities As A Customer Service Representative: 

  • Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, deals or sales promotions, take or enter orders, or obtain confidential customer information 
  • Attract potential new customers by answering product questions and exceeding customer needs to assure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and develop a positive rapport with each and every customer
  • Work with our Customer Service, Sales, and Management staff to stay updated on the latest and greatest products, services, and sales promotions our clients have to offer
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to Management in order to improve procedures, increase client satisfaction, and enhance sales margins
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and develop long-lasting relationships to increase customer retainment
     

Our Customer Service Representative Position Is For You If… 

  • You have a college degree or are in the pursuit of one currently
  • You have previously worked as a Customer Service Representative  or Sales Associate
  • You are comfortable frequently engaging with new people and growing your network 
  • You have superb communication skills and a knack for leadership 
  • You have strong moral principles, integrity, and reliability 
  • You are driven, solution-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exemplary customer service
