Job Title: Part-time Art Teacher $40-50 per hour

Location: Bellevue, WA (In-person)

Summary:

Are you a creative spirit with a love for nurturing young artistic minds? Join us at Everlove Learning! We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with an art-related degree (including current students and recent graduates) in fields such as painting, illustration, drawing, ceramics, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and educational art classes for kids ages 3-6
• Teach a variety of art mediums, including painting, drawing, and mixed media
• Clean up and set up for each class; organize and manage daily attendance
• Assess student progress and provide feedback

Qualifications:

• An art-related degree with familiarity in at least two of the following art mediums: chalk pastel, oil pastel, watercolor, pencil or charcoal, acrylics, etc.
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans
• 1 or more years of art teaching experience (teaching license not required)
• Availability on Tuesday 3PM-6PM
• Background check required
• Reside in Bellevue or nearby areas

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly compensation ($40.00 - $50.00 per hour) commensurate with experience and proven ability

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position, and classes are held on weekday afternoons and/or weekends. The work schedule is fixed:

Tuesday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The candidate needs to have a reliable way commute to the work location at Bellevue.
