Behavior Specialist

We also offer behavior support services for recipients of Medicaid funding in Oregon through Aging and People with Disabilities (APD), Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and Oregon Health Authority . Role Description

This is a Part to Possibly full-time hybrid role for a Behavior Specialist at Flourish LLC. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, behavior management, psychology, and behavior modification. The role based in the Portland area, but travel to areas around the Willamette valley is required.

 

Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behavior Management (some of this can be trained)
  • Knowledge of psychology and behavior modification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience working with individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs
  • Experience in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
