Wedgewood Weddings is hiring enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our seasonal team in Estes Park. You’ll work fun, fast-paced events, help make dream weddings come true, and enjoy everything this mountain town has to offer.

This role starts immediately and runs through November—perfect for recent grads looking for a memorable and rewarding way to spend the next few months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set the stage—literally. Help set up the venue to match each couple’s vision, including arranging tables, prepping food stations, and assisting with décor.

Keep the energy flowing—serve meals, clear tables, and make sure the celebration stays clean, smooth, and fun.

Be the friendly face guests remember—answer questions, offer support, and make everyone feel welcome.

Follow health and safety guidelines to keep things safe and sanitary.

Help with clean-up so we’re ready to do it all again the next day.

Who You Are:

A recent or soon-to-be college grad looking to travel, work, and make great memories before settling into your long-term career.

Friendly, reliable, and excited to work with a team to create unforgettable experiences.

A fast mover who stays cool under pressure and thrives in a high-energy setting.

Someone who values organization, detail, and great service—even when things get busy.

Bonus points if you have hospitality or events experience—but it's not required!
