Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Bridal Apparel Manufacturer
Position Summary:
supports the research phase of potential projects and provides administrative assistance in their facilitation, you will play a key role in supporting daily business activities, including administrative tasks, communications, research, and social media. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on vendors, suppliers, bridal trends, and industry opportunities
Draft, send, and respond to professional emails
Manage and post content on company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule meetings, fittings, and appointments
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the design and production team
Maintain organized files and records related to clients, orders, and projects
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable using email, social media, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Interest in bridal fashion or the apparel industry is a plus
Prior administrative or social media experience is a plus
