
Data Analyst Intern
AAA is hiring for an Data Analyst Intern to join our Insurance team! As an intern at AAA, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, receive mentorship by industry leaders, and participate in activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
The Insurance Data & Analytics Internship provides an opportunity for students currently pursuing an Insurance, Business Administration, or related degree with a passion for data and desire to learn new skills. You will contribute to projects and advance our existing programs. We are looking for talented and inquisitive students that are excited about making an impact at an organization. You will be able to make real decisions, focus on real work, and initiate real results.
The Insurance Data and Analytics team assesses risks and opportunities when developing new business processes, philosophies, and user experiences. They use data to develop and improve digital strategies and processes, and to increase revenue, efficiency, quality, and security for ensuring that the transformational initiatives of the Agency are accomplished.
This position will work on a hybrid schedule (onsite & remote) and will be based in Cincinnati, OH.
What You'll Do:
- Gather, combine, and validate data for business activity reporting and measuring against KPIs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate information necessary for developing solutions and making key decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and Python
- Be a rising sophomore or higher working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related degree
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program (June 3 – August 9, 2024; 10 weeks; 37.5hrs/week)
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
