Job Summary of Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager who will be accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex ERP implementation and BESTMIX software projects. This position manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the customer and company leadership. The Project Manager will support development and implementation teams.  This position is also able to quickly build collaborative relationships with customers to support their implementation efforts. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams and will require minimal supervision.

 

The Project Manager is also accountable to accomplish program and project objectives, managing change and resolving complex issues that span project teams and departments. This is accomplished by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a standardized, cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. The Project Manager ensures projects are planned and executed in a manner that supports our customers implementation objectives. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties as Project Manager

  • Drive the delivery of strategic solutions, system and process enhancements through an Agile, iterative process.
  • Evaluate project scope and map out an implementation plan/roadmap and execute on commitments
  • Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management, and other supports as needed.
  • Coordinates internal end user team to complete Data Migration, validation, training and successful implementation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
  • Lead all aspects of implementation – work cross-functionally with internal teams.

 

Qualifications & Skills as Project Manager

  • ERP software system implementation & project management understanding
  • MS LCS & Azure DevOps exposure
  • Experience in designing and creating implementation process flows
  • Ability to own and drive PM requirements across multiple teams
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical as well as Functional problems, problem escalation, and solution tracking.
  • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Must be open to personal and professional development
  • Must want to be on a winning team and have fun!
