We are a growing, independent women's health practice specializing in gynecology,
hormonal health, primary care, and nutrition — delivered through a modern, holistic
approach. We combine cutting-edge conventional medicine with integrative strategies to
support women’s lifelong vitality.
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk and Administrative/Marketing Coordinator to
join our team. This role is a unique blend of front desk operations, patient and vendor
communications, and digital media/marketing support. It is ideal for someone interested
in healthcare, wellness, and a vibrant practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Front Desk Operations:
○ Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
○ Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient intake.
○ Handle phone, email, and portal inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes.
● Administrative Support:
○ Maintain relationships with vendors and manage supply orders.
○ Assist with insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
○ Support physicians and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
● Digital Media and Marketing:
○ Help manage and update social media content and digital marketing
initiatives.
○ Assist with email newsletters, website updates, and patient education
materials.
○ Contribute ideas for expanding community engagement and promoting
practice services.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or current undergraduate senior preferred.
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Interest in women's health, integrative medicine, and patient-centered care.
● Comfort with digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, EMR
systems).
● A self-starter who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the
practice.
