The Blue Swing, a distributor of custom branded merchandise is looking for an account manager to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow and wear many hats to help manage and grow the business. This position has the opportunity for growth within the company, based on performance and success. 

The Job

The account manager will work directly with The Blue Swing’s clients to recommend product options and offer promotional solutions, while monitoring and supporting the sales order process. They will also be involved with growing and ideally running the company’s social media presence. Additional job responsibilities include: 

• Produce customized client-facing sales decks to recommended products and apparel based on their goals, budget and target audience 

• Assist clients with product quotes and samples as requested 

• Enter orders into the system, track the progress and keep clients updated on the status of their order

 • Manage social media marketing campaigns via email, Instagram and LinkedIn • Speak with vendors to ensure up-to-date pricing, inventory and delivery 

Our Ideal Candidate 

Candidates should be eager to learn, outgoing, and proactive. Additionally, candidates must be a problem solver, have the ability to manage multiple projects, hold themselves accountable, and be detailed oriented. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team environment with the ability and skillset to work autonomously. 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent background preferred 

• Minimum 1-2 years of business experience preferred, or relevant internship experience • Enthusiastic and high energy personality 

• Highly organized and detail oriented 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• A talent for creating innovative marketing and advertising solutions for clients 

• Proficiency in Word, Excel preferred 

• Experience with Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus 

• Salary commensurate with experience
