This is not a traditional training program—it’s an immersive, hands-on role designed for aspiring journalists, anchors, and storytellers eager to sharpen their skills, build their portfolios, and grow within a global media powerhouse. Participants will work directly with experienced editors, producers, and correspondents, contributing to content that reaches millions across TV9’s national and international platforms.

As a Contributor, You Will:
- Research, pitch, and help produce compelling news stories that reflect diverse voices and global perspectives
- Collaborate with senior journalists and editors to create culturally conscious and inclusive content
- Engage with communities to spotlight underrepresented narratives and emerging issues
- Receive regular feedback, one-on-one mentorship, and team coaching to accelerate your growth
- Draft op-eds, news reports, and multimedia stories for TV9’s growing digital and broadcast presence
- Program Details:
- Location: Remote, with preference given to candidates based in or attending college in the Boston area
- Time Commitment: Part-time, 10–15 hours per week with required evening editorial sessions twice weekly
- Duration: Ongoing, with flexible start dates and potential to advance within TV9 USA’s growing newsroom
- Stipend: Participants are eligible for a modest stipend to offset transportation or reporting-related costs
- Mentorship & Support: Weekly check-ins, editorial coaching, and collaborative newsroom meetings
