Job Description

Tranche Estate is a small family-owned winery located in Walla Walla, Washington that employs both new and old-world wine making techniques. We specialize in the small-batch production of ultra-premium wines with the use of a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Fruit is sourced from our six estate vineyards located within the Walla Walla Valley, Red Mountain and Columbia Gorge AVAs.

We have a small team of skilled and passionate people dedicated to producing wines at the highest level. We are currently looking for motivated and hard-working harvest production assistants to join us for the 2025 harvest. This position will cover every level of harvest activity from vineyard sampling, fruit receival and berry sorting, to pumpovers, pressing, and barrel work. We will spend time with each member of the team to ensure that they gain a solid understanding of our winemaking style and techniques.

Harvest positions will generally start in early September and continue through mid-November but can vary depending on vintage.

Requirements/ Skills

• Self-motivated and efficient with his/her use of time who is comfortable working in a small team

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 50lb

• Attention to detail is a must

• Most importantly, applicants must possess a true passion for wine and an interest in producing high quality wines
