Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of ICS, connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our suite of technology services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate IT, communication, and security solutions.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and ICS’s services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, IT, or telecommunications industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT systems and telecommunications (training provided).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
