Supreme Health is looking for an energetic, tech savvy candidate looking to start an exciting new career as an SMS Messaging Fronter in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Job Description
As a SMS Messaging Fronter, you will be using text messages to generate interest with current prospects, engaging with customers through SMS. Responsibilities include crafting engaging messages, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on leads. This role often requires strong communication skills, an understanding of strategies, and the ability to personalize messages for individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Crafting and Sending SMS Campaigns: Develop and execute text messaging campaigns to promote products or services, including personalized messages and timely promotions.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the process via text.
- Lead Qualification and Management: Identify and qualify leads through SMS interactions, and manage those leads.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), when sending text messages.
Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to write clear, concise, and persuasive text messages that engage customers and drive sales.
- Personalization Skills: Ability to tailor messages to individual customer needs and preferences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Proficiency with SMS Platforms: Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and tools for sending and managing text messages.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and best practices for text messaging marketing.
Average Weekly Compensation, $500-$850. $400 Base salary + Commission.
