The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business & Professional Licensing, is recruiting for an Office Assistant 2 located in Juneau!

What you will be doing: 

This position is part of a team located in the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing Juneau office. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the licensing units through administrative functions such as organization of documents, mail processing, document scanning/validation, answering multi line telephone, revenue receipting, perform data entry, and provide customer service.

The CBPL administrative unit is a team of four, providing support to businesses, professionals, and division staff.

The working environment you can expect:   
This position works on the 9th floor of the State Office Building in downtown Juneau. This is a full-time position with work hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
