Property Management Assistant

You will work daily with the decision makers of the industrial real estate holding company completing a variety of supporting tasks. There will be times when you are in the office by yourself and must self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Clearly communicate with tenants, company staff, and vendors. Provide excellent customer service. Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.

Assist with budgeting for 2026.  

Assist in property management. Clearly communicate with maintenance staff.

Provide technical support for several employees.

When technology is unfamiliar, you’re adept at learning it. (Outlook, Word, Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, social media)

Accurately enter data for recordkeeping.

Willingness to take on any supportive task. Offer new ideas.

Organize historical files.

Manage office inventory, supplies, and service contracts.

Maintain confidentiality and be discrete with information.

You’re comfortable interpreting information from people of different perspectives.

The ability to resolve practical problems independently.
