Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance department is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Intern to support a key documentation migration initiative. This role will focus on organizing, renaming, and standardizing source documents across multiple platforms as part of a broader effort to migrate files to a centralized electronic document management system. The intern will play an essential role in enhancing the accessibility and consistency of our documentation by applying a standardized naming convention and streamlining the file structure. This project will directly support the team's goal of improving document traceability and efficiency in the Quality Assurance process. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about quality systems in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing files
- Renaming documents according to defined standards
- Ensuring documents are correctly categorized
- File Transfer and storage in an electronic document system
Requirements:
- Must be a current college student, pursuing a degree in quality assurance, health or biomedical sciences, environmental science, computer science or a related field.
- Great attention to detail
- Computer language savvy
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week Summer 2025 (May-August)
