Our dynamic small-to-medium sized manufacturing facility in Florence Kentucky is seeking an enthusiastic and sharp college-level student to join us for an exciting internship focused on the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This isn't your average coffee-fetching internship. You'll be right in the thick of it, working alongside our dedicated team to streamline our operations, boost efficiency, and embrace cutting-edge technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable real-world experience in project management, process improvement, and the fascinating world of manufacturing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating on the implementation process: You'll work closely with our project manager and department heads to understand our current workflows and how the new ERP system can optimize them.
  • Contributing to data migration and cleansing: Get hands-on experience ensuring our critical data is accurate and seamlessly transferred to the new system.
  • Assisting with system testing and user training: You'll help us identify potential issues and play a role in training our team members on the new software.
  • Documenting processes and creating training materials: Your organizational skills will shine as you help us create clear and concise documentation for the new ERP system.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports: You'll have the chance to leverage the new system to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
