Grants Associate

Join our team at Saint Paul Parks and Recreation!  We are looking for a Grants Associate to support the Design and Construction Division by coordinating grants and other funding for capital projects. In this role, you will be responsible for grant writing, grant reporting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and analyzing and interpreting data to support funding pursuits. 
 

Here’s what you can expect to do:

  • Coordinating with project managers to compile project information and data to complete grant applications
  • Gathering data to complete regular grant reporting
  • Performing regular grant compliance checks
  • Maintaining and organizing records related to grants
  • Developing familiarity with Saint Paul’s parkland dedication ordinance and tracking its implementation

Position Requirements:

 

A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Information Systems, Management, Business Management, or closely related field. Acceptable, related degrees may be specified by the requirements of each hiring department.

This position requires possession of a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License or equivalent out of state driver's license. See the job announcement for details.
