About our brands we invest in -
SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio that provides exposure to both heat and cold, which is scientifically proven to enhance physical and mental health. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private contrast therapy suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-C shower. Our suites offer full entertainment, so clients can choose to unplug, meditate, listen to music, or watch TV.

The Rowformer and Bikeformer are part rower or bike, part reformer. Unlike regular pilates, the Rowformer or Bikeformer allow for elevated heart rate by using the row or ride side, then transitioning back to the Pilates side. The increased intensity results in a substantial calorie burn (up to 800 calories in a class) while receiving all the benefits of Pilates.

Position Overview:
StriveWell is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a brand new category of the health and wellness industry, enhance their networking skills, and contribute to collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and attending various networking events.
Engage with attendees to promote SWTHZ & STRONG services and build relationships within the wellness community.
- Collaborations: Support the development and execution of collaborations with business partners. Coordinate with the team to manage project timelines, communication, and deliverables.
- Sales Activities: Participate in sales initiatives, including client outreach, follow-ups, and data entry. Help to identify potential leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including attending meetings, note taking, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for SWTHZ & STRONG. Assist in developing strategies to enhance our offerings and reach new audiences.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business, marketing, health science related fields or a recent graduate, 2023/2024
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for the wellness industry is a plus.
