Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer to support our team in crafting clear and informative documentation related to our innovative energy solutions. This role will contribute to effectively communicating our expertise to potential clients and supporting our mission of impactful energy efficiency.
 

What You'll Do:
• Contribute to the preparation of prequalification documents and proposals, including gathering information and formatting content.
• Assist in coordinating the development of RFQ and RFP responses, including scopes of work, team member information, and project details.
• Learn to develop compliance matrices and timelines for document preparation.
• Support the design and formatting of introductory materials, handouts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and present technical information clearly.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all written materials.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, English, Engineering, Environmental Science).
• Some experience in technical writing, preferably within engineering or energy-related topics.
• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts.
• Developing project management skills with a keen eye for detail, including grammar and punctuation.
• Interest in and basic understanding of sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field will also be considered with relevant experience.

Writing Samples required. 

We are unable to offer visa sposorships at this time. This is a remote, work from home opportunity. Travel to the office location is expected 1-2 days/month to Arlington, VA.
