Position Overview

We’re looking for an analytical and curious Real Estate Business Development & Process Improvement Intern to help us research, analyze, and optimize our business operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate who enjoys dissecting processes, finding efficiencies, and applying continuous improvement principles to make a real impact. You’ll work directly with our team to identify opportunities for growth and waste reduction within our real estate acquisition and management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Research Best Practices: Investigate industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative operational models in real estate investment and property technology.
Analyze Workflows: Map out and evaluate our current business processes (e.g., lead generation, deal underwriting, property onboarding, investor communication) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of "waste."
Identify Improvement Opportunities: Apply critical thinking and continuous improvement concepts (like Lean thinking) to pinpoint specific ways we can streamline operations, enhance effectiveness, or reduce unnecessary steps.
Develop Recommendations: Synthesize research and analysis into clear, actionable proposals for process improvements or new business development initiatives.
Learn Business Operations: Gain exposure to the inner workings of a real estate tech startup, understanding how different functions connect and contribute to overall success.
