We're looking for a motivated and friendly **Customer Service & Sales Representative** to join our close-knit team in Orlando, FL. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys retail sales without the pressure of quotas or cold calling. Think of it as retail sales with a twist—problem solving, teamwork, and customer connections in a relaxed and professional setting.

You’ll report directly to the **Sales & Marketing Manager** and play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in the showroom, via email and over the phone

- Provide friendly, consultative sales support

- Take orders and enter them into our system

- Process payments and handle basic cashier duties

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of retail or cashier experience (required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A self-starter who’s organized and adaptable

- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

**Store Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
