Senior Technical Workforce Manager *Remote*

The Senior Technical Resource Manager acts as a senior lead on one or more complex software development projects. Develops and executes master plan to ensure project deliverables are met while managing and monitoring team progress. Provides continual direct support to clients. Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations. Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, production activities, and necessary support resources. Oversees all aspects of projects.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management and leadership
  • Government contract experience (strongly preferred)
  • Strong technical background (systems infrastructure experience preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of software engineering and project management principles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency level with MS Office products
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Strong customer relations, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a public trust clearance or higher
  • US Citizenship (required per government contract)

Compensation: 

The annual compensation range for this position is $118,955.00-$140,500.00.

Location Requirements: 

Remote employees must reside in the following states:  AK, AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MD, MS, OH, OK, RI, TN, VA, WA.

Travel Requirements:
