Harper Ray is a fast-growing jewelry brand rooted in style, self-expression, and community. Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Operations Intern to support day-to-day store functions. You'll work alongside our Store Manager and learn what it takes to run a busy retail storefront from the inside out.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Support daily operations & back-of-house tasks
  • Help manage inventory, restocks & store flow
  • Assist with in-store events and planning
  • Learn staffing, scheduling & customer experience

Who You Are:

  • Organized, reliable, and ready to learn
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
  • Interested in retail, fashion, or entrepreneurship

Bonus: Opportunity for full-time role after internship

Requirements:

  • 18+ and currently enrolled/recently graduated
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
