Production Intern

We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join our Brooklyn team and help make some fantastic projects come to life.  This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how practical events come to life. You will learn how events come to fruition from the beginning, and how they are planned, executed and what happens when they activate.

We have great clients and unique challenges. Our role is to produce things from nothing to something in a big way.  Always on time always professionally and if we are lucky with a sense of panache and style. 

Responsibilities:

Production Intern:

• Assist in sourcing vendors and locations for our activations
• Collaborate with the production team to design and build budgets, schedules and proposals.
• Test and create things we might end up producing- this could be anything from baked goods, to graphics to sparkly hats.
• Help promote the company on social platforms
• Purchase lots of things on line.
• Site visits, measurements and photography.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build things, or a willingness to learn how.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Digital skills would be great, photoshop, 3d design, CAD, Sketch-Up, Illustrator.
• Drivers license would be great
• Located in NYC region and ability to travel into office on a weekly basis
