
Marketing & Business Development Intern
Atlas Asphalt is a third-generation paving contractor known for excellence, quality, and integrity. We specialize in residential and commercial asphalt solutions, and in the past year alone, we generated eight figures in revenue while completing projects in 20 states. Our continued growth presents an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team and help expand our reach even further.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an upcoming graduate or someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing while building a strong foundation in business development. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas, execute marketing campaigns, and play a key role in shaping our advertising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Handle incoming hot leads and develop clients from existing contact lists and cold calling.
Customer Outreach & Data Tracking:
- Follow up with past estimate recipients via phone and email.
- Track and analyze lead sources to ensure effective use of our advertising budget.
- Maintain and update customer records to support ongoing marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Create and schedule social media content, online ads, and promotional materials across multiple platforms.
- Develop engaging email marketing campaigns and other digital materials.
- Monitor and analyze digital advertising performance to optimize campaigns.
Print Marketing & Materials:
- Assist in designing print ads for publications.
- Develop trade show materials and industry-specific brochures.
- Create and update printed materials for crews to distribute to customers.
- Represent Atlas Asphalt at trade shows and industry events.
Division-Focused Advertising:
- Run targeted ad campaigns for our residential, commercial, and sealcoating divisions.
- Collaborate with our team to align marketing efforts with broader business development strategies.
