What You'll Be Doing:

Represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations

Engage directly with customers to promote services and products

Build strong relationships and create unforgettable customer experiences

Help customers find solutions that meet their needs

Hit daily and weekly personal sales goals

Work alongside a motivated, high-energy team

Attend daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)

Great communicator who enjoys talking to people

Positive attitude, coachable, and hungry to learn

Someone reliable, on time, and ready to show up for their future

18 years or older with reliable transportation

Comfortable working face-to-face in retail locations (this is NOT a remote position)

No sales experience? No problem — we provide paid training and mentorship to get you ready!

What We Offer:

Paid training

Daily coaching and mentorship

Base pay plus uncapped commissions
(Entry-level reps typically earn $900–$1,500 per week based on performance)

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time available

4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts available (flexibility based on your schedule)

Pay:

Base pay + uncapped commissions

Typical first-year earnings: $50,000 – $80,000+ (performance based)

No cap on earnings — you control your income
