Sales Development Representative

Our retail showroom is a high-energy environment where knowledge, trust, and client care come first. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Iron Shield Strategies, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers visiting our retail location. Your primary responsibility will be to engage walk-in clients, qualify their needs, and guide them toward appropriate products. This role is ideal for someone who is both personable and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers entering the retail space with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Qualify in-store visitors to assess needs, level of interest, and purchasing potential
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and retail promotions
