We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our administrative team as a Front Office Administrative Assistant. As the Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will assist in a variety of administrative tasks, support our managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and manage our firm's clientele needs when they visit our office.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Greet clientele and support their needs when visiting our office
  • Answer multi-line phone
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Coordinating luncheons for committees, board, and meetings
  • Provide clerical support for Audit, CAS and Tax departments
  • Perform general office duties

Qualifications

 

  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Word, Power Point
  • Service Orientation
  • Critical Thinking
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
