The Symmes Group (TSG) A growing marketing agency based out of St Simons Island, Ga is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a part-time, remote position. This role supports a wide variety of marketing efforts across industries including real estate, hospitality and tourism, healthcare, and restaurants. The ideal candidate is ultra organized, creative, and an exceptional communicator who thrives in a flexible, self-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Maintain consistency with brand voice and ensure content aligns with each client’s goals.
- Digital Advertising
Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Conduct A/B testing, track performance, and deliver clear, insightful reports.
- Content Writing & Creation
Write engaging blog posts, e-newsletters, and client communications. Adapt messaging for different platforms and target audiences.
- Email Marketing
Design and send branded e-newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
- Brand Development
Assist in creating and evolving brand assets, including logos, visual elements, tone of voice, and messaging for new and existing clients.
- Client Communication
Act as a primary point of contact for client updates, questions, and project timelines. Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Project Coordination
Track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and proactively update the team and clients on project progress.
Skills & Experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently
- Proficiency with social media platforms and ad managers (Meta, Google)
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with email marketing and reporting tools
- Professional presence with a strong commitment to customer service
- Desire to learn and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
- Experience with marketing in real estate, tourism, healthcare, or food & beverage
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
