Management Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team and grow into a future leadership role. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a rewarding career in business management, operations, and team leadership.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in customer service, sales, operations, and leadership. You’ll work closely with senior managers and be fast-tracked toward a management position based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of daily business operations, customer service, and team management
  • Participate in cross-functional training across departments including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and team development
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements
  • Support senior managers in decision-making, planning, and strategy execution
  • Interact with clients to build strong business relationships
  • Lead small teams and projects as part of the training program

Qualifications
