Overview:

Asset Health is a growing Health and Wellness organization that is passionate about creating a positive culture and empowering individuals to take ownership of their health and greater wellbeing. 

Asset Health is currently looking to expand its Client Services team. We are looking for someone to provide email based and telephonic support to employees of our clients.  This is on average a 30hr per week position, with shifts being from 8-5 and from 11-8 (1 hour lunch).

People should be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and Telephonic Support systems. We own our own database, and training will be provided on how to utilize it.  The ideal person would be working as part of a team to best service both the individual employees and our clients, and should be willing and able to work in a team setting. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of form information
  • Serves as the first point of contact for individuals utilizing Asset Health wellness solutions
  • Inquiries are received by email and typically arise from questions related to login, site navigation, and specific client program questions
  • This position works in a call center environment with daily activities split between answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails.
  • This position will provide daily progress reports to department leadership and assist with identifying opportunities for service improvement or general issues impacting the member experience.
  • Printing forms from various sources (Fax, Email, etc.)
  • Stamping forms with received dates

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree (or higher)
  • 1-5 years in a customer/client service role with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to answer inbound phone calls and emails without defined scripts and templates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and provide daily progress reports
  • Self-starter with an ability to understand technology platforms, processes, and website navigation
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment with strong internal communication and networking skills
