Great! Let's talk. We want to jump start your real estate career! we are seeking a self motivated buyer's agent to join our amazing team, Next Level Realty! The ideal candidate will be just that. NEXT LEVEL.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the buying process. This role is great for someone who wants to get into real estate but doesn't know where to start! The position starts as an internship that includes training and mentorship. If you are able to successfully finish the internship you will be moved to a buyers agent or potentially another position within the team if desired. Pay will be based strictly on performance. Don't have your real estate license? Don't worry! We can help with that too! :) 

Duties

• Develop and implement client strategies that align with Next Level Realty's Goals. 
• Work closely with our buyers, navigating the process and illuminating potential road blocks

Qualifications

• Real estate license is preferred but not mandatory!
• Proven experience in procurement or buying roles, with a strong understanding of the real estate process.
• Familiarity with CRM processes and time management practices.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and manage clients effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to assess supplier capabilities and market conditions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute: San Clemente, CA 92673 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: San Clemente, CA 92673: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Clemente, CA 92673
