Development Coordinator 
Location: Gainesville, FL 
Salary: $46,000–$48,000, commensurate with experience

The University of Florida Performing Arts is seeking a dedicated Development Coordinator to oversee key fundraising programs, sponsorships, and donor engagement initiatives. This role will manage the Affiliate Membership program, cultivate performance sponsorships, coordinate special events, and support leadership council operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic fundraising efforts for Affiliate Membership and donor stewardship

Develop and manage sponsorship agreements and relationships

Plan and coordinate donor events, receptions, and special engagements

Facilitate gift processing and donor recognition activities

Support leadership council meetings and stakeholder communications

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors. Proficiency in donor databases and Microsoft Office is preferred. The role requires occasional travel and a valid driver’s license.
