Social Media Manager

Emerson Coast designs and prints the most custom, scroll-stopping apparel for sororities across the country — and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s not only got the vision, but the video chops to bring it all to life.
This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of gig. You’ll lead the creative charge — dreaming up ideas, creating standout content, coordinating with reps and customers, and telling stories that drive engagement and sales. Your work will live everywhere: our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and even right on our website. Think of it as social strategy meets digital storytelling — in an industry built for social.

What You’ll Do
- Own our social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Concept, film, and edit jaw-dropping content — especially video (Reels, TikToks, interviews, UGC, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Work directly with models, campus reps, and customers at the University of Arkansas and occasionally other campuses
- Build and manage a network of microinfluencers, reps, and customers to expand UGC content
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with promotions and launches
- Track metrics, report results, and optimize strategy over time
- Lead and mentor social media interns as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media trends and best practices
- Pro-level videographer (confident behind and in front of the camera — and a beast at editing!)
- Strong photography and design sensibilities (Canva required; Adobe a big plus)
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Great communicator who loves working across teams and building relationships with reps and customers
Bonus points if you have experience in fashion, Greek life, or college marketing.
Sorority Culture Matters
You don’t have to be a former sorority member — but you must fully understand Greek life, what makes a chapter stand out, and how to connect authentically with the sorority market through apparel and social content.
If you naturally know what it means when someone says “big/little reveal,” “sisterhood event,” or “recruitment video vibes,” you’re already speaking our language.
Tools We Use
Canva, Planoly (or similar scheduling tools), Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Shopify (lightly), and lots of iPhones
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary based on experience ($40,000–$65,000 range, Depending on experience and expertise…and it's more about the expertise)
