- Provide support in client services by assisting with account management and product inquiries.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to engage with clients effectively, providing them with information about products and services.
- Assist in the development of customer service protocols to improve overall service delivery.
- Some content creation for social media platforms.
- Assist with basic housekeeping duties throughout the office
Skills
- Strong office skills with proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism during all client interactions.
- Proven experience in client services or customer service roles, preferably within a call center environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and some website design.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design tool
