Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Python, AI/ML, and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks. You’ll play a key role in architecting and building the core AI-driven platform, deploying it on Kubernetes, and ensuring it scales seamlessly in the cloud. Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Development:

Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using Python.

Implement and maintain Python packages and SDKs.

2. AI/ML Implementation:

Integrate large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI solutions into our core product.

Build scalable data pipelines and training environments.

3. Cloud & Kubernetes Deployment:

Own the end-to-end deployment process of our AI platform on Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Optimize infrastructure for cost, reliability, and performance.

4. Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.

Mentor junior engineers, review code, and contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture.

5. Optional (but Highly Valued) Experience:

Proficiency in C++ or Rust for performance-critical components.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4–7 years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on Python.

AI/ML Background: Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML projects, including familiarity with popular libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).

LLM & Agentic AI: Practical experience integrating or fine-tuning LLMs or working on agent-based AI solutions.

Containerization & Orchestration: Solid experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Startup Mindset: Comfort working in a high-velocity, rapidly changing environment. You should be excited to wear multiple hats and dive into new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

C++ or Rust: Ability to develop high-performance components using C++ or Rust.

Hardware/Chip Industry Exposure: Previous experience or strong interest in semiconductor or chip development.

Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
