Accounting Assistant

        Accounting Assistant

  • Handling general clerical duties & support tasks
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Issuing checks and making payments
  • Filing paid invoices, billing packages, supplier waivers, and check copies
  • Preparing and sending invoice to customers
  • Submitting weekly payroll reports/ payroll related documents.
  • Other duties as assigned
